One of the key ingredients for any good meal is a relaxing atmosphere and good presentation. So when we invited Jim Herring and his friend Patrick Adams over for brunch on 11/06/2011, we tried to offer them both. After a start of mimosas and a fruit cup topped with a dollop of French Vanilla ice cream, accompanied by a warm fresh baked pumpkin bread, we chowed down on eggs, garlic browned potatoes, bacon, and English muffins with coffee and refills on mimosas.
