Orange Jubilee (Bignoniaceae)

Description: The botanical name for Orange Jubilee is Bignoniaceae. Orange Jubilee is also known as Orange Bells, Orange Trumpet Bush or Orange Esperanza. It is an upright to spreading woody perennial evergreen shrub that loves sun and heat that will grow to over 10 feet tall and 6 feet wide. The Orange Jubilee blooms are bright orange and tubular; they look like elongated bells, which is why some people call them Orange Bells plants. The leaves are a vibrant green color. They form in loose clusters of orange trumpet-like blooms that are borne from mid-summer to fall. These desert plants are drought resistant, thriving on very little water, and do well in almost any soil. They attract hummingbirds and bees.
