On 4/19 Jim Herring, Harvey Smith and I drove to the Desert National Wildlife Range on the north side of Las Vegas. The purpose of our visit was to locate Gass Peak and the Quail Spring Guzzler off Gass Peak Road. Even though there we no visible water at Gass Spring, we did find water at the guzzler.
